Dear Sir / Madam:
I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse, located on 510 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming, GA. 30040. My birthday had recently passed on December 26, however, I did not receive my birthday reward via email due to an application glitch ( which was resolved by removing the application and re-installing it!) I explained the situation to the manager (Dudley), and had showed him my previous history and birthday rewards from Texaa Roadhouse. Dudley was very helpful and understanding., and honored the birthday reward. He explained to our waiter (Javier) how to handle the reward. Javier was very attentive to all of our needs, he came and checked on us numerous times, was very polite and courteous. At the end of the meal both Dudley and Javier came to check on us. I can not begin to express how impressed I was with the customer service, how my birthday reward was handled, the excellence of the meal, and the overall service! This will make me continue to come back as faithful customer to Texaa Roadhouse.
Yours truly,
Stephanie
Hello; to whom ever it may concern, my name is Ricky Shelby jr. I’ve worked as a cook for 3 years, I find out I’m fired because I didn’t come in on January 1st, to which my schedule had me off that day, I proceeded in not coming believing I’m off, I was terminated without cause by a sexual harassing lead manager, even the second in command manager knew I was off, his name is Woodrow, I’m in Champaign, Il. Before I relegate further inquiries, or said lawful litigation, I’d like to know how the tyrant is able to fire without just cause without writing me up or warning me of, any violation in my employment with said company/organization, that was not included in my orientation book, I can be reached at 217-766-7882, I’ll respect and appreciate a response by Monday January 6 I appreciate the time thank you

I live in Wichita falls and the hiring manager said her name was Mary was very rude when I asked about employment.
Her service wasn’t the best today. My family and I get there and we were text the quote 0-10 minutes but was also told by a hostess that there was a 20 minute wait. Okay that’s fine. Well time goes by and we have waited about an hour at this point.
No one in our party got loud , just simply asked what was going on. At this point my mom asked for the general manager/owners contact information. Ms. Ruthie comes out & is speaking to my mother , but I overhear her talking to my mom like she’s stupid. So then I go over to where they are & while my mom is still asking for the contact information , Ruthie Wilkerson here tells us it would be better for us to find somewhere else to dine. But why Ms? No one cursed you , no one raised their voice at you , but then you made it very clear , that you were going to take us off the waiting list. I didn’t see any passion about this place being the “Friendliest Place in Town”. As a “service manger” , someone needs more training in the customer service aspect. Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth.
Went to Tempe Texas Roadhouse on Sunday June 29th. Ordered Cheessburger but without the cheese. I was served a burger without on the meat and bread no thing else in burger. Also fries were cold. Manager sent me two slices of onions and lettuce but nothing else for burger. Go to this location at least three times times a month and this was only time I have been disappointed in the meal.
The first time I went to Texas Roadhouse in a long time the steak was awesome but the next time same steak but not good .. mayb different cook ..I was disappointed in a couple I guess servers ..one guy had dreadlocks hanging all over in front of his face and was holding the bread on his chest with hair hanging all over them …I personally dont want bread with your hair hanging on them .. the server came out with old sweat shirt on with the sleeves pulled down over the hands for I guess pot holder … I just think it was very unprofessional and unsanitary…
