Instructions
In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion turns translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until completely browned.
Stir in the diced tomatoes,
